Please provide business enquiry information only and leave out security credentials, sensitive drawings and incident recordings.

That firm may contact you about the service requested and will be responsible for explaining its own information practices.
The agreement relates to handling your enquiry, rather than permission for unrelated marketing. If you prefer not to agree to sharing, do not submit the form. You can ask a privacy question without providing details of your security arrangements.
Processing, Sharing And Storage
Enquiry information is processed for the purpose you request and, where applicable, on the basis of your consent to sharing. Information should be kept only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet relevant record-keeping duties, then deleted or anonymised.
